Ferme 5 étoiles vacation center goes from manual to online booking with Reservotron

The Ferme 5 étoiles vacation center is a family business established in 1979 and located in Sacré-Coeur (15 minutes away from Tadoussac). It offers visitor accommodations, activities, catering, and visits of wild animals.

Before choosing Reservotron, Ferme 5 étoile center was using a paper booking system (well organized binder). No order confirmations were emailed to the customers after a reservation. Confirmations were only made by phone, and receipts were written manually and provided onsite. There was no availabilities schedule online, and customers had to call and inquire about a certain availability.
